Regional Collaboration Clinic, May 2005
In the spring of 2005, the Lincoln Institute of Land Policy facilitated a regional clinic that explored stakeholders’ perceptions on the Borderlands and presented different models of regional collaboration. About 75 people gathered at Tamarack Lodge in Voluntown, CT to examine land-use trends and consider options on how the region might respond. .
Many thanks go out to Northeast Utilities and the Washington Trust Company who sponsored the Clinic. In addition to the Lincoln Institute, the Consensus Building Institute and Public Policy Research Institute played pivotal roles in the program content and success of the Clinic.
